We believe a strong Leadership Team improves the educational outcomes of our students. Our Leadership Team share a common purpose based on our school’s vision and values. Our School Leadership Team is united under one goal; do what is in the best interests for the students so they can belong, learn and thrive. We have a leadership team with a broad range of skills and interests and this ensures that our students remain at the forefront of best practice and innovative opportunity.

Our Leadership teams are evident across the school

Principal Class – we are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the School Strategic Plan and Annual Improvement Plan

Learning specialists – we have English, Mathematics and DigiTech Learning Specialists that oversee the implementation of the Victorian Curriculum within teaching and learning and Assessment and Reporting across the school.

Instructional Leaders – we have a Professional Learning Community Instructional Leader attached to each year level that oversee the PLC implementation

SWPBS coordinator – we have a coordinator to oversee the implementation of the School Wide Positive Behaviour Framework
